This year, we traded the beach for the cool mountain air and green tea hills of Bao Loc for our annual company trip.

Over the weekend, the team had the chance to experience a different side of Vietnam. We visited waterfalls, explored the surrounding nature, and took part in team-building activities that brought everyone together. In the evening, we gathered around the campfire before celebrating with a gala dinner to close the trip.

Beyond the activities, the trip was a chance to connect outside of work. Colleagues from different teams spent time together, newer team members got to know everyone better, and familiar faces caught up in a more relaxed setting. These moments help strengthen the relationships that make collaboration in the office even better.

At Topicus Vietnam, we believe that building great software starts with building strong teams. Taking time to step away from our desks, share new experiences, and enjoy each other's company is an important part of our culture.
